Antonio G. Castillo 

--Started covering basketball at the division one level as an independent journalist in 2007. By 2011, became a contractor for FOX Sports and Scout.com. Has covered universities such as Texas State, and UTSA on a full time basis, and contributed for others. It was covering these colleges that led him to build solid relationships with college coaching staffs and then create AlamoCityHoops in September of 2014 .

--Has personal relationships with over 300+ college coaches from D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and Junior College Coaches, both boys and girls

--In July of 2018, created RevolutionHoops in order to help bring more exposure to boys and girls high school basketball prospects throughout the Southwest and Rocky Mountain region (Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado).

--Is an NCAA Approved Scout.

--A 16 year veteran of the Army Reserves, who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom II. Selfless service and integrity are two core values he applies in helping boys and girls at the high school level, in order to get maximum exposure to college coaches.
